Goal #2: Utilize new SWAN Research &

integrated access to electronic content,

resources, and providers

Goal #4: SWAN will research and analyze the current environment and make recommendations on a new model. We will

build a coalition for change across the state.

analysis of member needs resulting in the development &

implementation of centralized consortia

services.
