Dear Mr. Goss

I never received any response from your offices to the Certified Letter I sent to your LawFirm alerting you that a very serious medical procedure had been scheduled for mydaughter that had been concealed from me. The letter specifically requested that youprovide me with all information regarding the procedure. You consciously andpurposefully refused to provide any information. This last Thursday I attended my 14year old daughter Olivias endoscopic procedure to photograph her stomach lining andintestines and take biopsies. After the procedure, the physician, Dr. Finch updated uson his preliminary diagnosis. The procedure indicates that Olivias stomach lining iscovered with thousands of white bumps, many are very large and severe. The doctorindicted the cause is most likely a germ that is contracted by ingestion and normally

passed from an older relative in the home. He indicated the biopsy results will beavailable in four days and he will contact us immediately. He indicated this is a serioushealth condition and potentially quite dangerous. This condition is not stress related.

I started working with Olivia on this medical issue when she first complained of stomachpain in August 2011. At that time I insisted that Greg take her to the doctor. In February2012 I took Olivia to the doctor and paid $300.00 for an ultrasound procedure. In March2012 I took Olivia to the doctor for a diagnostic Upper GI Radiology procedure for thestomach condition and was charged $380.00. This bill is now in collections.

Immediately after the kick out from my home and service of the divorce papers in July

2011, Greg changed the family medical insurance deductibles to increase toapproximately $2,800.00. He indicated this was part of the starve out strategy he wasadvised to pursue by your offices. Also, due to the manner in which your offices and theother officers of the court have drafted and distributed custody and support orders thathave never been filed with the clerk of the court, you have collectively operated througha fraud upon the court strategy that has denied proper, law mandated child supportand spousal support that would allow me to properly care for my children.

In July 2012 Olivia again complained to me of extreme pain in her stomach. I did nothave the money to take her to the emergency room so I drove her to the familyresidence and told her to ask her father. Olivia went to the door and begged her father(Greg) to take her to the hospital. He refused. I then went to the door and begged himto take her. He refused and told me to take her. I told him I did not have any money. He

again refused. I then asked him as a Doctor to please at least feel Olivias stomach andback where she said the pain was most acute. Olivia laid down on the floor in the entryway of the home and Greg physically inspected her stomach and her back. He said hefelt swelling in her back with tenderness. I then asked him again to take her to theemergency room and he refused and raised his hand as if preparing to hit me. I at thattime spit in his face and stated You are a very cold and uncaring man. Olivia and I thenleft and went home.

In late July the court issued emergency orders granting your client custody of Oliviapending a custody hearing in early August that was then continued to August 21, 2012.At the August 21 hearing I submitted a detailed declarative response outlining the fact

that Olivias father had previously hid the results of a PAP Smear test from me thatultimately delayed my treatment of pre-cancer cells discovered in my uterus that let to amandatory hysterectomy surgery to avoid the spread of cancer. Following that hearing,your offices distributed a fraudulent custody related document with Judge Jacobsonsstamped signature purporting to carry the full authority of the court with a false flingstamp. This document was yet another artifact of your continued fraud upon the courtstrategy to undermine justice and conspire to deny me and my children due process.The fraudulent document indicated that Greg would now be primary caretaker and thechildren, including Olivia would reside with him at the family residence.

Since Olivia began residing with Greg, she has consistently been told that her stomach

condition is stress related and that stress has created ulcers. Further, as part of herfathers strategy of parental alienation Olivia has in the past indicated to me that herstomach condition is caused by ulcers and ulcers are caused by stress and ALL herstress is caused by me. Also, apparently your offices referred Greg to send Olivia toEvelyn Schaffer a marriage and family therapist who was to be used as a witness foryour divorce strategy. My discussions with Ms Schaffer indicated she was counselingOlivia with managing stress regarding school, issues with her mother being gone andmost recently, concerns about her upcoming medical procedure for her stomachailment.

As it turns out, Olivias stomach condition is quite serious. It is not caused by stress, it

is caused by a very dangerous germ. My daughters medical condition is not aconvenient circumstance for you to build a parental alienation strategy around for yourclient. It is not a convenient circumstance for you to use one of your associated networkprofessionals, like Evelyn Schaffer, to build some custody related argument aboutOlivias stress creating ulcers. As it turns out, Olivias mother was trying for some timeto get proper treatment for her daughter as she was being starved out and deprived ofdue process that would allow her to properly care for and protect her daughter.

Let me conclude by updating you on exactly what the potential medical hazards are formy daughter right now. The biopsy results will let us know if the germ is HelicobacterPyloriwhich is a known cause of Duodenal Ulcers, Gastric Ulcers and a pre-cursor toStomach Cancer. The severity of Olivias current condition is that the procedurerevealed there are thousands of white bumps covering her stomach lining and some are

excessively large.The presence of H-Pyloriaccounts for 50 percent of diagnosedstomach cancer cases. The delay in pursuing her treatment is directly responsible forthe increased risk she now faces.

I have consistently pleaded with your offices to pursue a normal divorce strategy. I havepleaded with you to stop pursuing strategies that abuse and harm my children. Instead,you have callously pursued a strategy focused on transacting our family properties andavoiding due process. Further you continue taking advantage of my Asperger Syndromehusband by charging him for motions and orders that are never filed with the court. Hehas malpractice and fraud claims against your firm for financially draining him withoutpursuing a conclusion to the divorce. Your firm continues creating circumstances where

my children and I are denied the necessities of life.

You will be held responsible for any possible legal complicity.
