FRIDAY, JANUARY 32 pm Energy Medicine YOGA with Caroline Avant (Fitness Center, ext. 8562) This class is a blend of Hatha and Tantric yoga poses and working with acupressure holds, tapping, thumping, twisting, weaving and tracing the hand over the skin to help your own healing ability. You need to be able to get up and down from the floor. All poses can be modified for a safe and effective class.
