JOB TITLE: Senior Technology Analyst JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assisting the Principal of Plug & Play, LLC.s Ventures Department, the Senior Technology

Analyst will study and assist in the translation of new Engineering technology innovations

by start-up technology companies into useful products and services. This position is

viewed as a technical expert. In undertaking these responsibilities, he will perform

technical evaluations of potential technical discoveries, commercialize these technologies

for business applications, and seek partnerships with other commercial organizations,

corporations or investors for possible acquisition or collaboration:

Evaluate U.S. information technology companies, products and solutions ranging from

medium to high complexity for possible collaboration efforts, investment, and/or acquisition

opportunities.

Review highly complex engineering and technology plans, guides, manuals, and white

papers in order to deeply understand start-up companies technologyand thereby be

able to fully assess its potential commercial applications, and value to large corporations

(who are Plug & Plays contract partners).

Assess technological feasibility (of start-up companies technologies) for integration

possibilities with the existing systems of large corporations (who are Plug & Plays contract

partners).

Analyze technical product requirements, designs, and development model. Identify

technical problems and deficiencies to provide input in enhancing computerized business

information systems. Use knowledge engineering team management principles to assess

the start-up team and their chance to success based on their team and assist start-ups to

perform better.

Act as liaison between technology and business, write and present technical reports

on the engineering profiles, specifications, and market potential of evaluated technology.

Assist start-up entrepreneurs in developing and delivering strategy to help create

profitable growth with their customers in the areas of information technology

implementation and integration.

Identify potential partners by researching industry and related events, publications, and

announcements, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.

Understand the law and finance for engineering innovations in order to evaluate the

start-ups performance.
