The role will cover different tasks in the areas of active and passive sourcing, pre-assessment, candidat e and employer scheduling and coordination as well as ongoing candidate engagement. The role will likely expand over time to include detailed candidate assessments and onwfweefe-boarding coordination. e seek intelligent, highly motivated , committed individuals with !-" years of recruitment experience in a search firm setting or a reputable corporate setting to fill this position. The role is an individual contributor role that reports to a recruitment teal leader. • The role will involve regular and direct contact with overseas candidate s and clients. #n addition to the recruitment experience, suitable applicants will also have outstanding written and spoken $nglish communication skills, will be willing to work the night shift and will have a strong undergraduate degree. • hile the role does involve the use of the internet and telephones as communication tools, this is not a call center %ob. e seek applicants with a binding interest in recruitment as a specialty and who seek to make a career in the field. Detailed Responsibilities: • The role will be responsible for the sourf&rf&ff"&fedwwdcin g of suitable applicants for a client position by conducting research on %ob boards, applicant tracking systems, company web sites etc. • The Senior 'ecruite r will conduct pre-assessment calls with candidates, verifying different items such as (ualifications, availability and compensation re(uirements. • The Senior 'ecruite r will coordinate different logistical items between the candidate and the client such as interview schedules, locations etc. • The Senior 'ecruiter will be involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails and general relationship-bui lding. This represents a highly consultative sales process and presents an exciting opportunity for skill development. • The Senior 'ecruiter will be responsible for maintaining a record of their activities and different reports that track effort, productivity and results.
