    This position is directly responsible for the delivery of offshore-based recruitment services to our clients in theUS. The role will cover different tasks in the areas of active and passive sourcing, pre-assessment, candidate andemployer scheduling and coordination as well as ongoing candidate engagement. The role will likely expand overtime to include detailed candidate assessments and onwfweefe-boarding coordination. e seek intelligent, highly

    motivated, committed individuals with !-" years of recruitment experience in a search firm setting or a reputablecorporate setting to fill this position. The role is an individual contributor role that reports to a recruitment tealleader. The role will involve regular and direct contact with overseas candidates and clients. #n addition to therecruitment experience, suitable applicants will also have outstanding written and spoken $nglish communicationskills, will be willing to work the night shift and will have a strong undergraduate degree. hile the role does involve the use of the internet and telephones as communication tools, this is not a callcenter %ob. e seek applicants with a binding interest in recruitment as a specialty and who seek to make a career

    in the field.

    Detailed Responsibilities:

    The role will be responsible for the sourcing of suitable applicants for a client position by conducting research on%ob boards, applicant tracking systems, company web sites etc. The Senior &ecruiter will conduct pre-assessment calls with candidates, verifying different items such as'ualifications, availability and compensation re'uirements.

    The Senior &ecruiter will coordinate different logistical items between the candidate and the client such asinterview schedules, locations etc. The Senior &ecruiter will be involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails and generalrelationship-building. This represents a highly consultative sales process and presents an exciting opportunity forskill development. The Senior &ecruiter will be responsible for maintaining a record of their activities and different reports that trackeffort, productivity and results.

    Requirements:

    (achelor)s *egree in any field or have completed at least ! years in college. $xcellent written and oral $nglish communication skills. Strong interest in recruitment as a career. e are open to select candidates with (+ experience who canarticulate why recruitment would be of interest to them. ! to years experience in Sales, ollections, Technical Support, ustrff/e//fomer Service or e'uivalentpreferred.
