Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Sector Leader

You will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor who wants to quickly progress in to an Associate level role.

You will have experience across residential, mixed-use or commercial sectors and be capable of

hitting the ground running. You will ideally be MRICS and looking to work for an open and honest

organisation in which you can progress your career.

Responsibilities:

Cost planning

Procurement and Tender evaluation

Delivering projects

Liaising with high net worth individuals

Cost Reporting

Contract Administration

Basic Requirements:

A BSc degree in Quantity Surveying or related

3-5 years post degree experience

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Self-motivated and ambitious

MRICS

Preferred Requirements:

Experience of working in a consultancy

Experience of working on high end residential projects

Sociable nature

Motivated to progress within your career

Experience of dealing with clients directly

In return you will be offered:

£55,000-£70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
