The year is moving along at a rapid pace, so much excitment in the air. One memory piece left on the “to do” list is the Senior Announcement. I am here to help with this fun project!

The following pages are examples of templates that I have designed. Here are the following items that you need to pinpoint.

1) Date of graduation

2) Time of graduation

3) Address of graduation site

4) First, middle and last name of graduate (all that is wanted)

5) Graduation party?

6) Graduation party location/address

7) Time of party (5:00 - 7:00)

8) Come and go or dinner, arrive on time

9) Graduate’s academic intentions/college destination

The information that you need to give to me after you decide the above is:

1) What pictures you would like to use. (Use image number located on the upper lefthand corner of image)

2) If the design you choose has 4 image options, please give me 6-7 of your favorite images, so I can see what fits best.

The timeline that you need to consider is this:

1) When is the graduation?

2) Mail the invites out 4 weeks before the event.

3) Plan on a week to fill them out (at least)

4) Turnaround time for Heimerman Photo - 2 weeks (at least)

I appreciate the hectic pace of a senior and how busy schedules can be -- especially as May approaches. But is important to provide the invitation information to me two months before your senior’s ceremony. Meeting this deadline will ensure the finished product is delivered to you on time – and will exceed your expectations.

My high school senior graduate, is now a college senior graduate, so I am passionate and walking the same path you are and I look forward to working with you.
