Gary plans to further his education by attending the Universal Technical Institute in June. Julie Ann Meismer ...is the daughter of Pat and Jean Meismer of Garwood. While in high school she partici- pated in softball (9-10). She received the Greenhand Award her freshman year. She also received honor roll all four years and perfect attendance (10-12). Julie was voted Class Clown by the senior class. After graduation she plans to attend Wharton County Jr. College to earn her basics and then transfer to the Univer- sity of Houston in Victoria to pursue her degree in Elementary Education. Manuel Mendoza ...is the son of Miguel and Guadalupe Mendoza of Eagle Lake. Manuel plans to attend Wharton County Jr. College but is undecided about a career field. Jimmy Daniel Navarro ...is the son of Jose and Mary Navarro of Eagle Lake. Jimmy participated in cross coun- try (10-12); track (9-12); and was named Cross Country MVP his sopho- more year. He was also in MAP (9-12). After graduation Jimmy plans to attend UTI in Houston to study to be a Mechanic. Johnn Paul Morales ...is the son of Joe Morales and Idalia Morales of Eagle Lake. While at Rice he was a member of the Mighty Rice Raider Band. After graduation he plans to move to Houston where he will attend DeVry University to major in Computer Tech- nology. Francisco Najera ...is the son of Ramon and Otilia Najera of Eagle Lake. Francisco played baseball (9-11); and also participated in track and cross country. He plans to go to college after graduation. Ashley Monique Parker ...is the daughter of Sherry and An- thony Stovall and Rodney Parker of Eagle Lake. While at Rice she played varsity basketball and earned Honorable Men- tion (2 yrs.). She made the 2 nd Team All-District (1 yr.). She also ran var- sity track and played volleyball her freshman year. Ashley was named Band-Best Marcher (1 yr.); and Most Improved Musician (1 yr.). She was also a member of the Eagle Lake 4-H Club. Ashley plans to attend Wharton Jr. College then transfer to a four-year college and receive an Associate's de- gree in Dental Hygiene. Arthur "Trey" Perales ...is the son of Arthur Perales Jr. and Sandra Hall of Alleyton. Trey made the honor roll and Na- tional Honor Roll. He was also a mem- ber of the church youth group and played varsity baseball. His plans are to get a job over the summer and then enroll into a college to study animation. Joe Lee Perez George Pierce ...is the son of Estella Hewitt of Eagle Lake. George was the high school foot- ball manager (9); in the Drama Club (9-12); One Act Play (9-12); Chess and Games Club (10); and voted Most Friendliest. After graduation he plans to attend Trinity Valley Community College in Athens, TX for two years on a The- atre Scholarship then transfer to OU for Aeronautical Science. He hopes to become a commercial airline pilot. Beatriz Aglael Posada ...is the daughter of Maria and Ignacio Posada of Eagle Lake. Beatriz plans to attend Wharton County Junior College to study Nurs- ing. Daniel "Vallego" Posada ...is the son of Brenda Rodriguez and Gerardo Posada of Eagle Lake. While at Rice Daniel was a mem- ber of the band, Drama Club, One Act Play, and the One Act Play Advancing (2002, 2004); Alternate Advancing Play (2003, 2005). He also earned Honorable Mention (2003); and All Star Cast (2005). Daniel was also a member of the Advancing Marching Band (2004). After graduation he plans to attend Trinity Valley Community College for two years. He plans to act in a lot of plays because he is going to major in Theatre. Daniel then wants to move to Hol- lywood to become rich and famous. Alvaro R. Rodriguez Beatrice Ann Rodriguez ...is the daughter of Gloria A Rodriguez and Henry Rodriguez of Eagle Lake. Beatrice made the honor roll, was a library aide and listed in Who's Who Among American High School Stu- dents. She plans on attending Wharton County Junior College to study in the Medical Field. Kimberly Rodriguez ...is the daughter of Rigoberto and Elizabeth Rodriguez of Eagle Lake. Kimberly was a member of the band (9-10); FCCLA (10); and listed in Who's Who Among American High School Students. She plans to attend Blinn College in Brenham after graduation to major in Nursing. Ronny Lee Rodriguez Robert J. Scott ...is the son of Cleveland and Valarie Scott of Eagle Lake. While at Rice Robert was a mem- ber of the FFA (9-11); participated in the Colorado County Show & Sale and also in the San Antonio Livestock Show. He was awarded perfect atten- dance (9-10); Honor Roll (10); partici- pated in Rice Project Graduation and Senior Serve during his senior year. He was named in Who's Who Among American High School Students. Robert was in athletics all four years and participated in baseball (9- 10), track (11) and football (9-12). During his senior year he was named to the Second Team All-District De- fense for his linebacker position. He was also named the Best Dressed for the Senior Class. After graduation Robert plans to further his education by attending WCJC in Wharton for two years, then plans to transfer to a University and major in Business. Maria Luisa Saenz ...is the daughter of David and Maria Saenz of Garwood. While at Rice Maria was in FTA, athletics (Cross Country) made the honor roll and was listed in Who's Who Among American High School Stu- dents. After graduation she plans to attend college and study Nursing. Robert Shaw ...is the son of William Shaw and the grandson of Brenda Mears of Eagle Lake. Robert played football while at Rice his junior year and was named to I s ' Team All-District his senior year. He earned Honorable Mention All State in basketball and was named the Fresh- man New Comer of the Year; his sophomore year earned 1" Team All- District and his junior year named MVP of the district. After graduation Robert plans to attend Houston Community College then transfer to the University of Hous- ton to play either football or basket- ball. Gary K. McTear Jr. ...is the son of Gary Sr. and Bobbie

McTear of Eagle Lake. Gary plans to further his education
