Senate. This Amendment No. 2 makes no dollar change. This

amendment makas changes fer Public Act 8:1226 approved July

of Fnergy and Natura! Resources. This amendment changes the

funds from the Exxon Oil overcharge Settlement Trust Fund to

the Petroleum Violation Fund to appropriate this one bundred

million for expenses connected with operating the programs.
