The event is held immediately before the APLA annual meeting, which is held at Cancun, Mexico from November 6 to 10. Fee covers attendance to all sessions, a set of Proceedings and also morning coffee, coffee breaks and lunch. Hotel accommodations are not included in this fee. Participants can be substituted, please inform us in writing as soon as possible. Refunds, minus an administrative fee of US$ 200, will only be made for written cancellations received before September 6, 2015; refunds will not be made after that date. No shows, no refund. Refunds will only be made after the Seminar. Seminar presentations will be in English, if requested by enough registered participants by October 6, 2015 there will be simultaneous translation into Spanish.
