Introduction The development or fulfillment of one's
potential.
Self-realization is the realization of the potentialities of life.
It is also defined as freedom from external coercion, including cultural expectations, political and economic freedom, etc.(By: Mortimer Adler)
The Self-Realization we experience when there is an increase in the number of ways in which individuals, societies, and even species and life forms realize themselves.
The greater the diversity, then, the greater the Self-Realization...
Most people in deep ecology have had the feeling - usually, but not always, in nature - that they are connected with something greater than their ego, greater than their name, their family, their special attributes as an individual.
Without that identification, one is not easily drawn to become involved in deep ecology.
Self-Realization by Different Religions Hinduism define Self-Realization as the
knowing—in body, mind and soul—that we are one with the omnipresence of God.
Sikhism defines it as purifying the self from the false ego.
Westerns defines fulfillment by oneself of the possibilities of one's character or personality.
“When I know myself as a creation of God,
I am also obliged to realize and remember that everyone else and everything else are also God’s Creation”-Maya Angelon
Some people think that achieving self-realization is difficult.
People connect it with renouncing family and friends, living in isolation, meditating for hours on end etc.
In reality, self-realization is very natural for the soul.
It means understanding one’s nature and identity.
Among the things that are connected with Real-Self-realizations.
Conclusion
This is the innate desire within human beings to experience peace, truth, and love.
Fortunate are the people who are aware of who they are, because they will attain peace, happiness and eternal life!
“Happiness is part of who we are. Joy is the feeling”.
