MCST series pumps are designed for economical, trouble-free operation, the superior solids handling capabilities of the pump make it ideally suited for a variety of applications including solids-laden liquids and slurries. The impeller, seal, wears plate and flap valve can all be accessed through the cover plate opening for inspection or service. Atmospheric barrier along with a lip seal provide additional protection of bearings, also allows external monitoring. Cartridge mechanical seal is specifically designed for abrasive and or trash handling service. The entire rotating assembly can be removed without disturbing pump volute or piping .

MCS series self priming solids handling pumps offer exceptional liquid transfer capabilities, which are ideally suited for industrial or municipal waste applications. The pumps designed to pass up to 3" spherical solids. Available in a wide variety of models, capacities to 1,650 GPM, heads to 184 ft. Suction and discharge sizes 2", 3", 4" and 6". Flanges are made to ANSI 125# FF.

MCV SERIESSELF PRIMING PUMP

PRODUCTFEATURES

A good choice for marine as well as municipal and industrial applications, these close-coupled electric drive pumps are available in five models. Features include: rugged class 30 cast iron construction; open trash-type impellers; stainless steel pump shafts with carbon/ceramic mechanical seal faces; and NPT female suction/discharge ports. NEMA L single phase and NEMA B three phase motors are offered in 1-1/2 hp through 15 hp sizes. Standard motors for 2” and 3” pumps can be selected to meet design criteria for marine duty per USCG259 and AIEEE-45, 50̊ C ambient. Capacities to 400 GPM and heads to 188 ft.
