NOTION OF MOTIONPRESENTED BY THE THINKERY

Notion of Motion is a collection of seven interactive exhibits that explore every kind of motion, from the circular motion that underlies the solar system to oscillating pendulums and the motions that create art and music.

Although they may seem simple, these hands-on exhibits offer guests of all ages a chance to explore the dynamic forces that define and shape so much of our universe. Thinkery will unveil the full new exhibition in our Features Gallery in May 2020, but come grab a sneak peek at Rodeo Austin March 14-28, 2020 located in the General Store.

FIRST AID The First Aid office is located on the northeast side of the Fairgrounds near the H-E-B Waterin’ Hole and Parakeet Encounter exhibits. Mobile EMTs are also available throughout the Fairgrounds.

MAGIC MONEY Magic Money is the easy way to pay and play in the carnival, utilizing RFID technology to load digital credits onto easy to use cards. Magic Money cards may be purchased and re-loaded with a debit card, credit card or cash. After entering the fairgrounds, look for a Magic Money kiosk to get started and enjoy individual rides and games. To ride individuals rides or play games, guests must use a Magic Money card. Magic Money is accepted at all food booths and beverage stands.

BABY LOUNGE New in 2020, Rodeo Austin guests may enjoy the baby

lounge located inside the General Store. Equipped with air conditioning, outlets, changing tables and

rocking chairs for your convenience and privacy.
