Ecc 3:1 “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven…”

Gen 1:14 And God said, Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and let them be signs and tokens [of God's provident care], and [to mark] seasons, days, and years, [Gen. 8:22.] (Amp).

Gen 1:16 And God made the two great lights--the greater light (the Sun) to rule the day and the lesser light (the Moon) to rule the night. He also made the stars.

RULE (Hebrew “memshalah”) –to govern; the power to rule; dominion

“CHRONOS”- is defined as developmental time; the normal passing of time. As in a pregnant woman, it is 9 months pregnancy.

Gen 8:22 While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.

 

“KAIROS”- is defined as opportune time; set time; strategic time to seize and take action. In a pregnant woman, it is the time of giving birth. This is precarious times that mistiming or mistakes are not an option.

Eph 5:16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

“PLEROO”- is the fullness of time. The child is born. Gal 4:4

THESE TWO BIRTH RIGHTS BROUGHT TREMENDOUS GRACE AND FAVOR TO THE PHILIPPINES IN THE 1930’S. 40’S, 50’S AND THE 1960’S WHEN WE WERE THE ENVY OF OUR NEIGHBORS IN ECONOMIC PROGRESS, INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT, POLITICAL STABILITY AND SOCIAL WELL BEING OF OUR PEOPLE. WE WERE RULED BY PRINCIPLED AND HONORABLE LEADERS. THERE WAS A GENERAL PIETY AND DEEP REGARD FOR FAITH AND RELIGIOUS CONVICTION.

THE 70’S SAW A DOWNTURN IN OUR NATIONAL LIFE WHEN CORRUPTION AND GREED FOR POWER REARED ITS UGLY HEAD. THE NATION BEGAN TO DETERIORATE AND PLUNGE INTO A PRECIPITUOUS DECLINE AND DETERIORATION TO WHERE WE ARE TODAY: THE MOST CORRUPT COUNTRY IN ASIA AND OUR PEOPLE AMONG ASIA’S POOREST.

Isa 26:9 With my soul have I desired thee in

the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

THE PHILIPPINES BEING THE ONLY CHRISTIAN NATION IN ASIA WAS REQUIRED BY THE LORD TO SHOW THE FRUITS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS AND NOT MERE RELIGIOUSITY. THE LORD HAS SHOWERED US WITH HIS MERCY, SPARING US FROM BECOMING A MUSLIM COUNTRY THROUGH THE SPANISH COLONIZATION AND CHRISTIANIZATION AND THE AMERICANS BRINGING IN THE BIBLE AND MISSIONARIES WHO PREACHED THE TRUE GOSPEL OF SALVATION. THERE CAME A TIME HOWEVER THAT WE WERE REEQUIRED TO SHOW THE FRUIT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS AND WE WERE FOUND WANTING. LIKE ISRAEL, WE DID NOT MANIFEST THE FRUIT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS. TO WHOM MUCH IS GIVEN, MUCH IS REQUIRED!

Mat 5:6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

The Philippines is destined to be a sheep nation and a righteous nation.

The Philippines will be a blessed nation.

The Philippines shall be a missionary sending nation.

The Lord also ordained the “set time” for nations. These are times or seasons of restoration and mercy; times of God’s favor.
