Salud y Seguridad en el Empleo de 1992 (Ley HSE)

El objeto de la Salud y Seguridad en el Empleo de 1992 es promoer la preenci!n de los da"os a

todas las personas en el trabajo# y otros en o en las pro$imidades de los lugares de trabajo%

La Ley se aplica a todos los nueos puestos de trabajo &elanda y deberes lugares a los empleadores#

los trabajadores aut!nomos# directores# empleados y otras personas 'ue estn en condiciones de

gestionar o controlar los riesgos%

'ue los empleadores y otros para mantener ambientes de trabajo seguros e implementar pr*cticas
