• Characteristics of MMS:

1. Full outsourcing document management service: customer doesn’t have to

invest anything in hardware, software and / or internal resources;

furthermore, Sefin is legally and fiscally responsible for the substitutive

optical archiving process as per Italian laws and regulations;

2. Modular based: MMS is fully tailored according to the specific needs of the

customer;

3. Fully integrated in ERP: MMS becomes the document management module

of ERP and this means that customer doesn’t have to invest in training; all

digitalized documents will be directly accessible via ERP.
