See Subiaco’s Mother’s Day Campaign 2020

Business Briefing and Call to Participate

The See Subiaco team are inviting Subiaco businesses to participate in their Mother’s Day campaign

running from 28 April – 10 May 2020 with any Mother’s Day themed offers, promotions and specials

to be included in the campaign.

Marketing Campaign

The aim is to showcase all the amazing gifts and specials you can find in Subiaco, encouraging

Subiaco locals and visitors to spend locally.

To support the campaign, See Subiaco will also be running a gift-with-purchase promotion to

encourage additional spend in Subiaco during the lead up to Mother’s Day. Any purchases made in

Subiaco over $50 (excluding regular grocery and fresh produce purchases) will be eligible to receive a

free posy bouquet delivered on Mother’s Day.

Submissions will be promoted through the below channels:

Social media (See Subiaco Facebook / Instagram) Please tag or mention us @seesubiaco and

use the hashtag #SeeSubiaco #SubiacoUnited

What we need from you?

If you would like to participate in the campaign, please add your Mother’s Day related promotions to

See Subiaco website before 1 May 2020. You can submit as many promotions as you like.

Please note: you can upload specials & promotions at any time. For the best result, we recommend

adding these as early as possible to make the most of the advertising and marketing behind the

campaign.

You will need:

High resolution image or graphic of your offer (or email place@subiaco.wa.gov.au to arrange photography)*

Details – Minimum 150 words describing offer

Terms & Conditions including validity dates (if applicable)

*Please note: If you need assistance with high resolution images, we can arrange complimentary

professional photography for you. Please contact us at place@subiaco.wa.gov.au to request this.

Example of offers:

Businesses can upload existing or create new offers to be a part of the Mother’s Day campaign. It

can be a special Mother’s Day edition product, discount, gift with purchase or any themed special

you’d like to promote. For example:

Takeaway Mother’s Day inspired High Tea

20% off Mother’s Day Gifts

Free bottle of wine for orders over $100

Hair treatment shampoo with gift voucher purchase

Buy 2 get one free

Adding a Promotion / Event to See Subiaco

Step 1: Login to your business account on seesubiaco.com.au. If you don’t have an account yet, visit

seesubiaco.com.au and click on ‘Claim My Business’ and complete form details. Once approved, you

will receive an email notification with your login details and your business will then be live on the

See Subiaco website.

Step 2: Go to My Posts to add an Event or Promotion:

Step 3: Fill out all the details on the form and click submit.

Step 4: It will now be live on the site.
