Nenad Stojkovski is Co-Owner and Principal Consultant at See More Systems LLC located in Northville Michigan. In this role, Nenad leads the consulting practices supporting Fortune 1000 companies seeking to nimbly use data to their strategic advantage withDecision Support, Demand Forecasting & Planning, Strategic Planning and Budgeting and specializing on Analytics & VisualizationsMethods and Tools. Prior to his current role, Nenad led the development of Resource planning Processes and Tools for Global Product Development at Ford Motor Company. He architected and implemented solutions that manage the Engineering Headcount Budgeting Process for Product Development Globally from Prediction to Allocation and Tracking. Nenad also supported Global Cycle Planning and otherpart of the Product Development Organization at Ford with Strategic and Operational Efficiency improvements with Business Intelligence, Analytics and Business Automation.

Nenad has had a Consulting Career supporting the transformation of the Product Development Processes at Ford Motor Company where he worked with the Global Product Development System (GPDS) team to analyze and improve the efficiency and speed of the way Vehicles are developed and projects executed. There he was working with the Global organizations of Ford Motor Company including Mazda, Jaguar, Land Rover and Volvo.

Before his Consulting, Nenad held Executive positions at Automotive OEM’s and Tier 1 suppliers heading Engineering organizations. He led R&D and Engineering for Midway Products; he was heading the Engineering Systems & Intellectual Property organization for Cooper Standard Automotive and prior to that was the Director of the General Motors Business Unit of Standard Products Company. Nenad also led the Engineering and Development of Five Rubber Company (a subsidiary of a French Tier 1 supplier) afterholding Engineering and Project Management positions at Volvo Car Company in Sweden.Nenad has an extensive experience in business operational efficiency improvements having held positions in sales, product development, program management, and demand planning and execution. He holds a Master’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden.
