Labs provide a practical introduction to sediment analysis and to a range of sedimentary structures and rock types. Fieldwork includes description of beaches and bedrock in the Halifax area. COURSE PREREQUISITES: ERTH 1080 and ERTH 1090 / DISP This is a required course for ERTH MAJORS and a prerequisite for STRATIGRAPHY COURSE MATERIALS:(Nichols is required text, and available in the bookstore – Stow is recommended, and likely available second hand, not in the bookstore) 1.
