NEXT SD 101 F security door, oak laminate surface with wood perimeter sealing, SF1 security doorframe, T2 hardware, EVVA NEXT ICS lock cylinder.

Double steel pins maximally protect against prying. Stainless-steel door edges can be sheath with wood matching the colour of the door.

Thick mineral-wool insulation provides a high degree of privacy while also saving energy.

Hinges are firmly connected with the skeleton of the door and enable precise adjustment of the door.

The lock is protected with hardened steel-sheet armour. On the hinge side, the door is secured with fixed or active pins in addition to the hinges.

Laminate

Laminate is an artificial material that is resistant against mechanical damage. When using laminate, it is not possible to fully match the colour of the doorframe sheathing.

Veneer

Veneer is a natural material with typical wood grain. Its colour and grain are always more or less unique and depend on the method of production (rotary-cut, flat-cut, sawn). Each door is thus an original.

H-dex

H-Dex is a dense high-pressure laminate which very closely resembles wood, as well as other materials, though its main advantage is its maximum resistance to weather impacts and mechanical damage.

Solid wood panels are made by hand and set into wooden frames. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture security replicas of original doors. The thickness of the panels and frames is 14-19 mm. Milled panels are manufactured from MDF sheets on a CNC milling machine. This tech-nology also enables production of customers’ designs. These panels are intended only for interior use and can be finished in any colour from the RAL line.

Glazed variants

Glazing is done with laminated security glass, which is mounted in a steel frame enclosed in steel profiles in order to fulfil not only the security parameters, but especially the thermal insulation parameters (only for SD 102 doors).

Doors and transoms and/or sidelights are set in a separate structure of steel profiles, which is anchored in the surrounding masonry with chemical anchors. Laminated security glass is mounted in transoms and sidelights. Around the transoms/sidelights, there is a wood-sheathed frame that matches the sheathing of the doorframe both inside and out. The lower part of the door and the doorframe sheathing and transom/sidelight is equipped with stainless-steel sheet (only for SD 102 doors).
