Personal Information Collection Statement 1. The Personal Information Collection Statement (“PICS”) is made in accordance with the guidelines issued
by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. The PICS sets out the policies and practices of the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) with regard to your Personal Data
