We need to be more selective in interest selection in order to increase productivity throughout the sector
We must “Teach not Haze”

Requirements Work with interests in preparation for induction Aim for a 2.7 GPA requirement to pledge

prepare Pledge Masters for their role [how to conduct all rituals]

Make sure conquistadores are learning all the necessary lessons/information throughout their process
