Organization (PWO), as per which Government Department(s)/ PSUs and Autonomous Bodies can award the works to NBCC on nomination basis.

NBCC has recently set up Subsidiary Companies named:
l NBCC Services Limited: A wholly owned subsidiary company, with its Headquarter in New Delhi and incorporated on 16.10.2014. The main objective
is to act as Execution and Implementation Agency to undertake CSR Projects and related activities on behalf of its own or for any other Govt.
Undertakings/Semi Govt. Undertakings/ Body Corporates/ Societies/Trusts/Private Institutions/NGOs or any other concern.
l Real Estate Development & Construction Corporation of Rajasthan Limited: A Joint Venture Company, incorporated on 07.09.2015 under the
Companies Act, 2013 in order to look into various re-development projects in Real Estate Sector across Rajasthan.
l NBCC Engineering & Consultancy Ltd. (NECL): A wholly owned subsidiary company incorporated on 15.12.2015 by NBCC. The newly formed
Company shall handle all consultancy jobs for NBCC as also would render consultancy to other Govt. and Private Organizations.
l The projects undertaken by the Company are spread across the country and overseas. The Company has executed projects overseas such as in Iraq,
Libya, Nepal, Mauritius, Turkey, Republic of Yemen etc. NBCC presently has its operations in countries such as Botswana, Republic of Maldives,
executing projects for the respective governments and has recently opened an office in Oman and also signed an MoU with Al Naba Services LLC in
Oman in order to jointly explore and secure infrastructure projects in Sultanate of Oman & neighboring countries.
The land parcel of total area 7.52 acres located on Plot No. C-5, Sector-30, Naya Raipur. The land allotted by NRDA to NBCC vide allotment letter no.
6/8/9-SEP/NRDA/2014-15 dated 27.06.2014. Lease Agreement 22.11.2014. Drawings were approved by NRDA 18.08.2015.
