PHASE-III
COUNSELING/ADMISSION OF B.ED. FOR VACANT/LEFTOVER SEATS IN COLLEGES OF EDUCATION
1. If the seats after Phase-I & Phase-II of counselling for B.Ed. / B.Ed. Special Education program under Govt./ Govt. Aided and
Self-Financing Scheme Colleges of Education affiliated to CBL University, Bhiwani still remain vacant, the university will display
the vacant seats on the website of the University Admission Portal upto 10/01/2021 (Upto 05:00 P.M.).
2. For Phase-III, the candidates have to apply afresh and required to deposit fee of Rs. 3000/- on the portal.
3. The concerned SFS college may make admissions at its own level from the candidates applying through admission portal by
reporting his / her application no. on the admission portal upto 20.01.2021.
4. For Govt. / Govt. Aided Colleges the admission on the remaining seats should be done by preparing Merit List as per schedule
given below.
Candidate can Apply on Online Portal: From 10/01/2021 to 14/01/2021 (Upto 05:00 P.M.)
Candidate should report at Govt. College of Education, Bhiwani On 15/01/2021 (Upto 12:00 Noon)
Display of Merit List by Govt. / Govt. Aided Colleges at Govt. 15/01/2021 upto 02:00 P.M.

Fee Deposit and Reporting to College 15/01/2021 to 16/01/2021 Upto 03:00 P.M.
Reporting by the College at Admission Portal 16/01/2021 upto 05:00 P.M.
5. The Principal of the College will have to report on admission portal by entering his/ her online application no. on the admission
portal, otherwise the admissions made by the college concerned will be treated as cancelled.
Note: After subsequent counselling for vacant/leftover seats in colleges of education, no further counselling shall be conducted by
the University for admission and no college shall be allowed to make admission beyond 20.01.2021 even if seats remain vacant,
to meet the minimum requirement of 200 days compulsory teaching as per NCTE norms. Further, the Hon’ble Punjab and
Haryana High Court, Chandigarh has decided in the CWP No.-25707 of 2015 that once the last date has been notified by the
admission making authority, there would be no extension under any circumstances.
