Below is a guide on how to create and build your own GU10 Downlight:

1. You will require a KSRDL402 GU10 Lampholder with a push fit terminal block connector.

2. You then need a KSRDL400 Recessed frame. This can be installed as a first fix option allowing for decoration (if required) to take place before the installation of the lamp and bezel.

3. Purchase a GU10 lamp (KSRLP932, KSRLP933 or one of your own) and install the lamp in the retaining clip on the bezel. Please note the fitting is open at the back so there are no height restrictions on the size of lamp you install.

4. Select the bezel type you require. There are a range to choose from including Pin Wall Wash, coloured Baffle Bezels, IP65 and IP20 Bezels. See pages 70 - 80 for the full range. Also available to order is a range of IP20 Tiltable Downlights (see page 78) and Downlight Plates with baffle options (see pages 82-89).

Qr Pro GU10 Modular Downlight RangeKSR Lighting China introduces the new Qr Pro GU10 and LED Modular Downlight Range. The range enables you the ability to build your own downlight for commercial or domestic applications.

Below is a guide on how to create and build your own LED Downlight:

1. You will require a KSRDL400 Recessed frame to begin. This can be installed as a first fix option allowing for decoration (if required) to take place before the installation of the lamp and bezel.

2. Next you will need to select the Qr Pro LED Module right for your application. It is available as a 5W and 10W LED as one module with a choice of either 2700K (KSRDL403), 3000K (KSRDL404) or 4000K (KSRDL405) to order. As the module is 5W or 10W you then need to choose the appropriate dimmable driver – KSRDL405 – 5W LED Driver for 5W Module or KSRDL406 – 10W LED Driver for 10W Module. More information including the lumen output can be found on page 72. As a standard the LED Modules have a 38° beam angle. There is the option to purchase a 15°(KSRDL408) or 25°(KSRDL409) reflector lens to alter this.

3. Select the bezel type you require. There are a range to choose from including Pin Wall Wash, coloured Baffle Bezels, IP65 and IP20 Bezels. See pages 70 - 81 for the full range. Also available to order is a range of IP20 Tiltable Downlights (see page 79) and Downlight Plates with baffle options (see pages 82 - 89).
