III. Call to Order Dr. Carlos called the meeting to order at 10:10 A.M.
IV. HIglillglits of Meeting A matrix of Checklist of Technical and Financial Requirements was distributed to the BAC Members, TWG Head, and End-user for individual checking of the required documents.
Dr, Carlos welcomed the group to the opening of bids for the Procurement of Catering Services. He stated that this is the second bidding and acknowledged the bidders for attending again and hoped that this bidding will be successful.
Ms. Maligalig mentioned that the procedure for the opening of bids will be in accordance with the date and time of submission of bid proposals. For this project, the following sequence shall be observed: 1) Berris Cuisine; 2) Tita Tes Fud Counter & Catering Services; and 3) Aling Loid's Eatery,
Ms. Maligalig assisted by Ms. Centeno proceeded with the opening and reading of the submitted proposals: Eligibility and Technical Components (a) Eligibility Documents -Class "A" Documents:

• Berris Cuisine and Aling Loid's Eatery also submitted cash amounting to PhP18.788.10. The said amount were returned to them since they submitted Bid Securing Declaration duly notarized. *• Only Tita Tes Fud Counter & Catering Services is interested to operate the canteen facility for PCAARRD guests and staff.
Dr. Carlos mentioned that the submission of proposals will still be evaluated by TWG and bidders will be notified of the results of the evaluation. He added that PCAARRD will conduct an early procurement for Catering Services for CY 2020. Ms. Maligalig informed the bidders that TWG will conduct an ocular inspection as part of the post qualification process of the bidding.
With no other matter to be discussed, the meeting was adjourned at 10:52 A.M.
