This document contains the allotments after the first second phase of delegate applications for the councils-
A) General Assembly
B) Human Rights Council
C) Commission on the Status of Women (UN WOMEN) D) Security Council

NOTE :
Everyone (except delegates who have already paid) is required to confirm
their participation as the allotted
country in the respective council before 11th January 11:59 PM
IST, otherwise the allotment stands cancelled.
The confirmation has to be sent to [email protected]
with your name and contact information duly enclosed.
The subject of your email must be “Committee name_your name -
Confirmation”.
For example if you are allotted a country in the General Assembly and
your name is ABC then the subject of the email that you would send will be
- “General Assembly – ABC- Confirmation”.
Also, enclose the country and your phone number in the body of the
email while confirming your participation.
TIP: Ctrl+F always let’s you find your name.
The delegates who have already paid the delegate fee are highlighted with
either Bank or Cash , depending upon their mode of payment , Second
Round CASH and Bank and third round paid by cash and bank
ALSO:
The members that have been allotted are on the preference of the committee and
if that was also not possible we have sought to allot you, what suited your
experience, best. We have also increased the matrix to suit the desires of the
prospective applicants.
Please send in the confirmations. The payment details would be mailed to you.
Failure of payment in accordance to the Payment details in stipulated time frame
shall also constitute cancellation of allotment.

2. Your name is not anywhere and you have applied. Kindly look through
the allotments, there might have been a discrepancy with the spelling.

General Assembly
The General Assembly shall be simulating the Emergency Special Session (ESS). The Agenda the ESS shall discuss will be released a month prior to the MUN.
