• Procedures:

1- Warm up:

� Revise the months of the year in Arabic.

� Tell the students that we are in winter now in Arabic and let them guess the

meaning of this word.

� Show them a photo of the four seasons with the words written in Arabic and

ask them to read the words.

• Practice:

1- Show students photos of the four seasons with their meanings written in

Arabic and have students repeat and ask among themselves.

2- Each student has to build up a sentence to tell what his/her favorite season is.

3- Ask each student to read all the new words and to tell their meanings

4- Ask students to match the new words they have already learnt with the right

picture.

• Closure:

The teacher summarizes and revises what the students have learnt in that

lesson through asking questions.
