Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks

Ingredients

4-3oz Ahi Tuna Steaks 140FV

2 tbsp Soy Sauce 50FV

1 tbsp Olive Oil 15FV

Salt and Pepper to taste

Dash of Cayenne Pepper

Directions

1. Cover Tuna Steaks with Soy Sauce, Oil, Salt, Pepper and Cayenne. Marinate in a

container or bag for ten minutes or overnight, if you have time.

2. Heat a medium skillet on medium high heat until hot.

3. Sear tuna as desired:

o Rare for 2 minutes on each side.

o Medium Rare for 2 ½ minutes on each side.

o Medium for 3 minutes on each side.

4. Slice into ½ inch slices and serve.

This is also delicious served cold with a salad.
