April General/Annual Meeting Recap:April General/Annual Meeting Recap:April General/Annual Meeting Recap:April General/Annual Meeting Recap:President Mike Flanigan presided at the Annual meeting conducting the general business, the unanimous
adoption of the Bylaw changes and the approval of the annual History report as corrected. Jack Crowley
presented the Nominating Committee report. After the elections, by unanimous consent, President Mike
conducted the Installation ceremony of the 2010-2011 Board of Directors. Mike passed on the Tipperary hand cutcrystal bowl to incoming President Sam Keator. The bowl was presented to the All-Ireland Cultural Society by
Mary McAleese, President of Ireland, in December 2008 when she visited Portland for the first time.

The Sweepstakes. Barbara Burrs ticket was drawn twice and Arlene Osbornes ticketonce. Since they were not present, Tom Marr was the winner of the $36 pot. Sorryladies! Congratulations Tom!

PURPOSE:The All-Ireland Cultural Society is a Non-Profit organization that
has brought social opportunities, Irish entertainment, and
cultural information to Oregon and southwest Washington for
70 years.
We invite you to join the fun by becoming a member
BENEFITS Presentations on Irish culture, history, genealogy, Irish products
and authors, and topics of interest to the membership following
the monthly meetings.
Monthly newsletters, the Seanacha, announcing upcomingsocial events, news, recipes, book reviews, and more.
Social events include the annual picnic, Christmas party and
