300 guests, at dawn or on dusk, we promise a day to

remember.

Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise is the ideal location for

your wedding day. Set amidst beautiful gardens and

only 200 metres from the beach, the hotel can cater

for your every need in the one location, with a

non-denominational chapel, a choice of reception

rooms and discounted guest accommodation on site.

Our professional wedding coordinator is your one

point of contact and will provide personalised,

professional service with attention to detail.

At Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise, we will ensure your

wedding is an event customised to you. Our packages

are flexible, and should the information provided not

suit your requirements, our wedding coordinator will

work with you to create the perfect day.

Chapel Ceremony

Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise offers a very special

venue for your wedding ceremony. Our Chapel, set

amidst beautifully landscaped gardens, offers the

perfect setting for your wedding ceremony. The

surrounding gardens provide a delightful backdrop

for your wedding photographs.

The Chapel is beautifully adorned with timber

furnishings and marble, providing a traditional touch.

Ready for use, it comes complete with two silk flower

arrangements, pew decorations and red carpet.

The Chapel pews allow seating for 50 guests and there

is standing room for an additional 50 guests.

A sound system with CD player or iPod connection is

also provided and the hotel wedding coordinator will

be available to assist you with your wedding planning

and on the day.

Garden Ceremony

Our tropical gardens provide a delightful setting

for any size outdoor ceremony. These gardens are

beautifully presented and maintained all year round.

Your red carpet leading to the registration table is set

amidst these lovely gardens.

Up to 32 Americana white chairs are set either side of

the red carpet.

A sound system with CD player or iPod connection is

also provided and the hotel wedding coordinator will

be available to assist you with your wedding planning

and on the day Should the weather prevent an

outdoor ceremony, the Chapel will be made available.

Plated

Your guests are served your choice of a plated entree, main and dessert all served alternatively on the Deluxe

Package by selecting two menu items from each course. Our Gold Package offers a choice of one entree and

dessert with two main dishes served alternatively.

Buffet

Guests choose their meals from a buffet showcasing a variety of dishes, allowing them to decide on the portions

and select the dishes they prefer.

Cocktail

Waiters circulate the reception area, offering guests a variety of canapés showcasing local produce.

We understand sometimes your wedding day can be a

bit overwhelming. One simple way to make your day

easier is to spend the night of your wedding at our

hotel. Relax and unwind with a complimentary night

of accommodation for the bridal couple.

Your wedding package includes:

for the bride and groom

- Late check out of 12pm

- Sparkling wine and chocolates delivered to

your room

- Full buffet breakfast at Relish Grill and Bar for the

bridal couple or a romantic room service breakfast

Important Information

Responsible service of alcohol

Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise is committed to patron

care and adheres completely with the Liquor Act in

regards to responsible service of alcohol.

The act states that “All licensees, nominees and staff

of licensed premises have a responsibility to ensure

that the liquor is sold and supplied to patrons in a

responsible manner.”

It is also offence to supply liquor, allow liquor to be

sold to or consumed by a person who is under age of

18 years, or who is unduly intoxicated.

All functions must conclude by midnight.

the Food Standards Authority.

Control Point) Food Safety System certification. This
