Selsey is a popular summer holiday spot on the south coast, between Bognor Regis and Havant. Situated on a peninsula, it offers miles of sand and shingle beaches with excellent bathing opportunities.

The town has plenty of cafés, bars and shops and Selsey’s fishing fleet means you’ll often find stalls selling delicious, fresh seafood. In the summer months, locals and visitors alike are entertained by traditional fêtes and carnivals. Nearby attractions include Pagham Harbour nature

reserve, West Sands swimming pool and Selsey Windmill. And for a great day out, try Bognor Regis or Hayling Island – both are just a short drive away.

The specially adapted, fitted kitchen has height-adjustable work surfaces and is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The property also has a tumble dryer.
