Many people round the world don’t have enough time money
and effort to train independently.
How can you train on your own with effective and cheap
methods and avoid losing motivation?
Many training programs are available online but the trick is to add the motivation and make it easily accessible and get rewards for the things
you do.

• Find it hard to keep to their goals.• Big fans of money savings.• Want to train on their own.
• Have hardly any time for themselves.• Want to make their own diet plans and time tables.
There are many apps on google play however, the reviews say that many people don’t like the way that it works and the limited editing power that they have. Also their reviews said that people have lost
motivation due to the lack of rewards and the almost pointless work that they do to earn nothing.
