10 Drying Trays
Assembled ready-for-use in our workshop. This is a non-commercial dryer suitable for rural areas with little to no infrastructure.
Most common crops are:Banana, mango, peach, fig, apple, pineapple, tomato, berries, chillies, paprika, garlic, onion, cassava, herbs, spices, vegetables, flowers, nuts, curing of meat & fish.
Structure: Mild steel body
w: Venting and 1x centrifugal fan
Heating: Solar (Sunlight) + Electric
Trays: 10 polypropylene inter-stackable food-grade trays. Size: 900 x 600 x 65mm high Capacity: wet sliced mango = 5- 6kg per tray (single layer)
Capacities: 50kg of sliced, wet fruit using 10 trays. this will dry to about 10kg within 24-48 hours (depending on ambient conditions)
