Prayer for Vocations O loving and gracious God, Father of all, you bless your people in

every time and season and provide for their needs through your providential care. Your

Church is continually in need of priests, deacons, sisters and brothers to offer

themselves in the service of the gospel by lives of dedicated love. Open the hearts of your sons and daughters to listen to your call in their

lives. Give them the gift of understanding to discern your invitation to serve you and your

Church. Give them the gift of courage to follow your call. May they have the spirit of

young Samuel who found fulfillment in his life when he said to you, “Speak Lord, for your servant is listening.” We ask this through Jesus

Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

9:30 am LIVE STREAMED on our YouTube channel and Facebook page

11:30 am at St. Edward—OPEN TO THE PUBLIC—RESERVATIONS REQUIRED

REQUIREMENTS TO ATTEND MASS • Parishioners must register for the Sunday Mass they

plan to attend. Registrations end the Friday before the Sunday Mass OR after 25% capacity (300 people) has been reached.

• Parishioners can register by either calling the parish office or by using the link sent in the Weekly Update. Those who show up without a seat reservation will be placed in a standby line and will be seated only if capacity is not met due to "no-shows." If there is extra seating after the start of Mass they will be granted entrance and reserved seat will be forfeited.

• Everyone (ages 10+) must wear a mask. Those who do not wear a mask will not be able to enter the church.

• Bring your own hand sanitizer that can be used before receiving Holy Communion. Do not bring items that contain bleach into church as this will damage the pews.

• Parishioners will not be able to attend Sunday Mass two weekends in a row during Phase 1 in order to give as many families as possible the opportunity to attend Mass.

• The obligation to attend Mass remains suspended. We encourage people 65 years and older or other health issues (at-risk) to continue to watch live stream.

• People with symptoms cannot enter church. INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ENTERING CHURCH • Arrive at the church parking lot 30 minutes before Mass

begins. • Put your mask on (for ages 10+) as soon as you exit your

vehicle. • When you arrive at the parking lot, watch the line of

people from your car. If the line of people is at the drive-thru drop off (porte-cochere), wait in or near your car, until the line has moved and then approach.

• Only one main door of the church will open 30 minutes prior to the start of Mass. A staff member or volunteer will be at this main entrance door to check you in. They will ask for your name to ensure that you made a reservation.

• Sanitize your hands with sanitizer provided by the church. • Our parish staff or volunteer will seat your household. • Family units may sit together, however, you may be

sharing a pew with another household. Social distance will still be required between the households (6ft).

• Every other pew will be closed and marked to inform you that the pew cannot be used.

• There will be no seating in the narthex and no seat-ing outside.

MASS PROCEDURES • Masses will be conducted as you have seen on the

Live Stream with reduced volunteer lay ministers. There will be no Altar Servers, Lectors, EMHC.

• Please keep your face mask on for the duration of the Mass.

• There is to be no physical contact between households at the Sign of Peace or hand holding during the Lord's Prayer (Our Father).

• Baskets will not be passed during the offertory. You will be able to place your weekly gift in a basket before or after the Mass. Baskets will be located near the baptismal font and near the altar. We strongly encourage online giving.

COMMUNION PROCEDURES • Use of personal hand sanitizer before Communion is

strongly encouraged. • Cardinal DiNardo has mandated that communion

not be offered on the tongue under any circumstance for the time being.

• The precious blood will not be offered to the congregation.

DEPARTURE PROCEDURES • After the final blessing, parishioners must remain in

their pew. Clergy, staff, and volunteers will guide the departure.

• Pews will be dismissed in an orderly fashion starting in the rear of the church and then moving forward.

• You must exit your pew when prompted. Private prayer is not available after Sunday Masses to allow the church to be sanitized for the next Mass.

• You can drop your weekly offertory as you depart. • Please do not congregate outside but head directly to

your vehicle to allow the next Mass to start on time.
