1st Version of the ScriptThis is the first version of the Redemption Dinner script.The main drawback of this script is the style of writing and the division of scenes. Some parts like the last paragraph should be a completely different scene, as the location is different. Dialogue should be changed. Instead of David saying ‘do you like it etc…’, he should tell his girlfriend ‘Do not be alarmed darling, please come in and enjoy the surprise.’ Also, instead of realising that Emma doesn’t exist from the moment she enters the apartment, camera will take POV position, leaving the audiance question themselves of her existance.On the other hand, for the first trial, it is a descent base for further development.There are also spelling mistakes so as grammatically incorrect sentences, which sound slightly unprofessional. The script font is the simplest one, and introduction of a new one will be achieved in the final version.

2nd Version of the ScriptThis is the second version of my script. The main change is that the structure of the script is proper, but the space between a characters name and his line should be bigger.Primarily, it was planned for flashbacks to only appear in an audio form, but after detailed analysis, both visual and audio version will be presented.Also, the last paragraph is not written properly- it is to vague, details are missing. This will be explained properly in the next script.Another major change is that David won’t wait for Emma to enter the house, but instead, he will open the door for her.In addition to this, instead of him being open minded and warm hearted, David will be presented as a cold, distanced person, living in a world of his.

3ed Version of the ScriptThis is the third version of my script.The main introduction in the script is the unexpected call from David’s office with an intention to inform him something, but answer machine takes the call.There are various kinds of silly spelling mistakes that have to be corrected.Instead of calling his wife ‘Petal’ he will call her ‘Darling’.Another important change is that instead of him leaving the anniversary present in the plate, he will give it to her at the end of the film- resulted from his confusion.Also the production company name, and the title of the film will be inserted in the next version of the script.

4th Version of the Script

This is the 4th version of the script. The only thing that has to be added is the way David looses himself and then suddenly snaps back from his Zen. This is added in several places, so the audience feels that something is not on the place, but not to obvious in order not to reveal the end.Also, the ending alone has to be fully explained.David will sit in the kitchen alone, putting ring on no ones finger. This will symbolically represent loneliness and redemption he carries with him for the past decade.

Final Version of the Script

This is the final version of the scrip. No more changes will be introduced and the next step can be done by using this final- a storyboard.
