Through a dedicated approach to customer service, quality, & value we've grown into one of the premier screen printing and embroidery companies in the world today. We've worked hard to achieve great quality, top notch service, and expand every year with the most advanced embellishment equipment available, to best serve you, the customer. We are proud to operate the following: 11 state of the art M&R automatic screen printing presses; 3 manual presses for sampling and small run orders; a numbering machine for team jerseys and sports apparel; 100 heads of Tajima embroidery equipment; heat press vinyl with automated CAD cutting equipment; and a top of the line Kornit direct to garment digital printing press for high resolution photo-realistic digital imprints. The technology and innovation doesn't stop there, as we've also automated the pre-press area, with automatic screen coating equipment, automated digital direct to screen system, and finally, a brand new Pantone™ accurate automated ink mixing system. Everything is housed in our state of the art, 30,000 sq. ft. production facility. Throughout our extensive research and testing of many brands and styles. The apparel we recommend to obtain optimal results is listed below.

ANY BRAND OR STYLE NOT LISTED ABOVE, CANNOT BE RECOMMENDED FOR PRINTING. IF ANY OTHER TYPE IS SUPPLIED FOR YOUR ORDERS, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE PRINT QUALITY AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINISHED PRODUCT. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY / CANCEL ORDERS WITH UN-APPROVED GARMENTS.

All artwork should be submitted as Vector art (.eps, .ai.) or as high res. .psd, .pdf, or.tiff (300 dpi min) with layers & transparent backgrounds. Due to pallet restrictions and machine requirements the following information applies:

We only print on 100 % cotton garments of any color. Lighter colors normally print better.White garments can be made of blends, or 100% Polyester, Although not recommended, Customer assumes risk. No garment can be treated with a stain resistant / waterproofing chemical or fabric coating. Avoid products with more than a 1 X 1 rib fabric as fabric weave will affect print detail.DTG Printing uses water base inks, and thus no neon colors, no pantone matching is possible.

Cancellations - Order cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Cancellations will not be accepted for orders that have already been produced. For non-produced cancellations, any associated costs leading up to the production of your order will be invoiced accordingly.

Unique Locations - Printing over seams, zippers, collars or other unique locations will lead to ink build ups, mis-registration, coverage and consistency issues. Unique locations are subject to garment style & sizes for each individual order. We may be restricted in some cases, and art will have to be sized based on the smallest garment or a certain style if you are using more than one style in your order.

Printing Tolerance - Atlas has a 1/2” - 1” inch movement tolerance in any direction per imprint.

Neck Label Printing - Neck Label Printing on the inside of the shirt will typically show through to the other side. This is especially noticeable when there is high contrast between shirt color and ink color. To minimize this issues we use a medium gray ink color in most cases when printing this location.

Production Time - Production time begins once a complete purchase order, acceptable art file and garments are received at least 3 days prior.

Garment Reaction to Heat - Garments may shrink slightly when exposed to heat during the ink curing process. In addition, some brands of garments tags will curl and shrink when exposed to heat. This is a risk inherent in the nature of the materials when exposed to heat that Atlas cannot take responsibility for or control. Atlas also cannot be held responsible for any resulting imprint shrinkage due to this issue.

4 Color Process Printing - This process uses CMYK printing. By using small dots and laying them over each other, we are able to print a full range of colors Exact Pantone® matches are not possible. If there is a need for exact pantone matching, additional spot color screens will need to be added.

Dye Migration Warning - Polyester, Nylon, Pigment Dyed, Dye Sublimated fabric, Dye Migration occurs when the dye in the fabric of the garment sublimates and turns into a colored gas. It will then try to escape the garment and can get stuck in the ink that is applied on the garment. It will slowly permeate through and can discolor the ink slightly or completely depending on the garment itself as well as the print process. Darker colored garments are more likely to migrate (red, blue, black, etc.) Dye migration can appear hours or weeks after the ink is cured. Atlas uses polyester inks and additives as well as barrier base inks to attempt to lower the chance of dye migration. However, Atlas cannot control dye migration and the customer must accept the risk of dye migration when printing on these types of materials.

Unclaimed Garments - Garments that are in Atlas’ possession for more then 90 days become the property of Atlas Embroidery & Screen Printing. It is the customer’s responsibility to claim any garments before this deadline. Misprinted and damaged garments become Atlas’ property after resolution has been reached.

Disputed of Quality - Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Shipping Charges - Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight, box dimensions, distance traveled, declared value and type of shipping service you specify (ground, next day, etc.). Atlas cannot be held to the shipping charges estimated. Estimates are given per day based on fuel costs. Complete packing and shipping instructions must be finalized 48 hours in advance of your ship date to ensure prompt delivery of your order.
