Screen Use: The IFDD screen is used to view the child’s trust account and will show all payments/disbursements on behalf of the child.

Scenario: As a support staff person you have been requested to find out the total funds used for a particular child.

This section of the IIS screens training will teach you how to access the IFDD screen

to view the child’s trust account.

Open a blank DHR screen, Type IFDD,case number,person letter,date and then press Enter.

The Client Financial Ledger Display screen appears. This screen lists the date of the month you entered. You may enter a date further back to review checks that have been written in earlier months and years.

The Client Financial Ledger Display screen appears with check transaction number, description of payee and the amount received.

When you have completed viewing the IFDD screen, press the Pause Break key. A blank

DHR screen will appear so that you can complete work for other screens.
