The system defaults to the page with details in separate edible sections. The Positions section: o Listing of the current active position(s) registered in Scouting. o A “Trained” icon appears next to the position(s) to indicate position-trained. o A green checkmark to the left of the title indicates the primary paid registered position. Print your membership card. Change/Update email, phone, or address. To view your Training Information go to the top left corner, click on , then select in the drop-down list. A tool where you can view posted calendar and announcement related to your unit posted by the Unit Key 3 or the District Key 3. Upon selection of My Organization Dashboard, the system will automatically default to . Any events currently associated with your account and falls within the date range shown will be listed. To view Announcements, click on and select from the drop-down list. Similar to My Calendar, any announcement currently associated with your account and falls within the date range shown will be listed. How to access my.Scouting.org Uses your existing account! my.Scouting, the new portal for Scouting information Tools available to all adult members

Provides the ability to view and update your profile information and view your completed training.

The system defaults to the page with details in separate edible sections.

Key 3 & Plus 3 specific tools Unit Key 3 and district Key 3 members are given the ability to view and administer the following tools:

Training Manager – This tool provides the ability of the Key 3s at each organization level to view a dashboard of Position-trained leader status and youth protection training status.

ü Trained Leader Report ü Leaders Not Trained Report ü Youth Protection Training Aging Report ü Member Training Report  

Member Manager – This tool allows the assigning members to roles in their organizational structure, select Member Assignment. Note: When assigning members you are doing so to a functional role and not a registered unit role or position.

ü View rosters by ALL Members, Adults or Youth ü Print Membership Cards for the unit ü Update member’s address, email or phone details. ü Export Roster ü Print Youth member Age Report

Organization Manager – This tool provides the ability to manage the unit’s organization, information, and structure. This includes:

ü Unit’s website address ü Email address ü Social media information ü Create sub organizations within the unit (i.e. 2015

Popcorn Committee: Wolf Den, Beaver Patrol, etc).

Announcements - This tool provides the ability to publish announcements.

Calendar - This tool provides the ability to publish events on the calendar.

Organization Security Manager – This tool allows Key 3s at each organizational level – unit, district, and council – have the ability to grant up to three people Key 3 access (a.k.a. Plus 3).
