In 2011 was established Schultz Development as an independent company dedicated to offer management consultancy services and customized training courses to the most exigent corporate clients.

Schultz on going projects

SCHULTZ Consulting in partnership with the Suceava Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the

Romanian Business School Foundation of the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Brasov

branch is implementing starting with January 2011 the project „ANTRE(pre)NOR pentru

PERFORMANŢĂ”, a project which is co financed with 3 million euro by The European Union through

European Social Fund, Human Resources Development Operational Program 2007-2013.

The main project objective is to develop the necessary management skills and abilities for the management teams of 60

companies located in Bucharest – Ilfov, North East and Centre regions of Romania.

The project focuses on providing integrated support services and management assistance for a number of 75 companies and their

management teams. The project team has assumed the challenge to provide quality management services for the companies ’

representatives, which will contribute to overcome the real challenges that the business environment is facing in this period .

The main activities in the project are:

A. Providing an organizational analysis for the companies to identify skills needed to increase their competitiveness in relation to the reference market and the dynamics of the local economy

B. Drafting and delivering of 12 training programs in order to improve the necessary professional skills of the management teams of the selected companiesC. Providing support services and management assistance through coaching and consultancy for the companies involved in the

project.

Schultz on going projects

„Building the „Youth Worker” Institution for the integration of young people into society

The project is financed with 4 million euro by the EU through the European Social Fund, the Operational Program for the development of Human Resources, signed with the Labor, Family and Equality Ministry.

The project is implemented by the national Authority for Sport and Youth in partnership with the National Convention of Youth Organizations (a National Youth NGO ) and Schultz Consulting for a period of 29 months starting Nov 1st 2009 and covering 8 main regions in Romania.

The main objective of the project is to increase the competence/to improve the human resources system focusing on the youth field.

 The project’s activities are: A. Delivering a complex research, documentation and analysis required for the creation of the youth worker’s occupational standard B. National validation of the youth worker’s occupational standard

C. Registering the youth worker occupation in the Romanian Classification System. D. Carrying out the training qualification process for the youth worker occupation

E. Evaluating the professional competences of the youth workers
