• The challenges ahead of educators are formidable. A great degree of responsibility and accountability is called for from schools and teachers.
• Assessment and accreditation essentially aims at institutional capacity building for continuous quality improvement through self-analysis and self-monitoring of quality enhancement processes

PHASE I1. All team members have gmail accounts and are part of R N Podar Google Group2. All team members have seen the Google Docs Tutorial3. The entire team has planned on Google Calendar4. The team is creating and sharing all work on Google Docs5. All Programs of Work prepared on Google Docs and shared by all staff 6. All schedules of worksheets, activities, exam cycles, dates for completion etc.
