OverviewThese activity-based, week-long day camps run from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. They are for students that will be going into 7th, 8th, or 9th grade in the fall. The topic of the camps is “Astro-Instrumentation”. Campers will learn about the different types of instruments used in astronomical research. As a team, campers will build a reflecting telescope and will even be introduced to the growing field of computer coding. Other activities will include hiking, drawing, playing games, and more.
