Application areasWet wipes dispensing system to be used in conjunction withschülke surface disinfectants. schülke wipes can be used fordisinfecting the surfaces of and cleaning non-invasive medicaldevices as well as all types of surfaces. We offer the followingarticles:• schülke wipes 40 (30 x 30 cm)• schülke wipes 70 (28 x 23 cm)• schülke wipes 100 (30 x 30 cm)• schülke wipes 111 (30 x 24 cm)

Instructions for useFilling under hygienic conditionsFirst disinfect hands and wear new protective gloves anda gown. During the filling process, please ensure that thegloves are not contaminated by other activities. Open thelid of the wet wipe dispenser and insert the unpacked fleeceroll. Pull the innermost wipe a little out of the middle of therole. Then add 2 litres of ready-to-use product or 3 litres ofdiluted-concentrate-solution once slowly in a spiral shapeover the role (schülke wipes 40/ 70 = 1.5 litres). Only usethe products and concentrations recommended by schülkefor this purpose. (Please observe the respective productinformation).Pull the inmost wipe of the roll into the star-shapeddispensing opening of the lid and firmly place the lid ontothe dispenser. After 30 minutes, the wipes are completelysaturated and ready for use.

In the meantime, as for each refilling, record the productname, the selected concentration to be used, the exposuretime and the filling time on the label, which is supplied witheach fleece roll. Stick it onto the field provided. For medicalproducts and surfaces that are sensitive to alcohol(e.g.pads, displays, acrylic glass, ultrasound transducers ) werecommend you to soak the wipes in our mikrozid sensitiveliquid.Remove any visible dirt prior to disinfection. Wipe surfacesthoroughly with a soaked fleece wipe. Make sure to wetsurfaces completely and keep them wet for the wholeexposure time - do not use wipes that have dried out.The information provided by the manufacturer(s) of thedisinfection product(s) used on reactions times, applicationconcentrations, range of action and any specific instructionsfor use is to be heeded. The reusable systems are not suitablefor use in risk areas. schülke wipes safe & easy bag-in-box/schülke wipes safe & easy bagless are recommended in thisinstance. The disinfectant used should also be checked inrelation to whether or not it is suitable to be used in risk areas.Cleaning and disinfectionWhen using the saturated wipes, make sure the wipedsurfaces are completely wetted, and that the dispensingopening is properly closed after each removal of a wipe, toprevent the wipes from drying up.Refilling under hygienic conditionsThe dispenser needs to be cleaned and disinfected beforerefilling it with a new fleece roll.
