First and foremost, the purpose of the Crossroads District Family Camp is togrow spiritually in our Chris an walk. Throughout the week, our prayer isthat you will sense God working in your life and respond appropriately! Toenhance your week with family and friends, we want to provide you withsome op ons that you and your family may wish to par cipate in.

Important Information

A ernoon Ac vi es and A erglows: Open to anyone at camp….however,children under the age of 12 MUST be accompanied by an adult orguardian to off campus ac vi es!!! If anyone would rather pay for thewhole week’s ac vi es at once and get a wristband for admi ance andrides to all events the price is $40 (includes archery tag, ska ng, canoe,unlimited lazer tag and pizza). Pay and sign up for each ac vity in theoffice.

We will be providing some transporta on to off campus ac vi es, but wemay need to ask families to drive separately if space is limited. Pleasegive your payment to the person in charge prior to loading the bus orleaving the campground. Some ac vi es require a waiver form beingfilled out and turned in prior to leaving the campground. These forms canbe found in the camp office.

Cra Par cipa on and Pricing: The price for cra s is $5 per cra . Cra swill be available Monday through Friday. Cra me will start at 1:30 pm inThe District for adults and in the Dining Hall for the kids (unless otherwisenoted on the schedule). There will be a free kid’s cra each day during theregular cra me (except Wednesday). There will be a daily sign-up sheetin the office for cra s. Those signed up and paid by 11:30 will reservetheir spot. If you haven’t signed up, you can s ll come to cra me, butwe cannot guarantee enough supplies.

Office Hours: Saturday 24th - 30th; 9:00 am - 9:00 pm (closed for eveningservice and Sunday worship); Sunday 31st - closing one hour a er eveningservice is dismissed.

The following quiet mes are in effect for the week:

10:00 pm — The playground closes and all children under 12 shouldbe under adult supervision.11:00 pm — Official QUIET TIME for all ages for the night. Teens areto be in their dorms or under adult supervision.12:00 midnight — LIGHTS OUT for the remainder of the night. TheDining Hall is open un l 1:00 am for fellowship.

If you are interested in a “prayer walk”around the campgrounds please stop

by the Prayer Chapel for furtherdirection. The grounds are mapped outfor various locations and ministries of

the camp for prayer.

Before every evening service theTabernacle will be open for anyone to

come and pray for the service. Feelfree to walk around the Tabernacle andpray for those who will be hearing theword of God preached in the evening

service.

After the evening service on Tuesday and Friday night, therewill be anointing in the Prayer Chapel directly after the service.

If you would like to be prayed over and anointedfeel free to come over. You can receive prayer for

yourself or you can come in proxy for someone else.

Prayer ChapelThe Prayer Chapel is located inthe old linen closet next to theCentennial Building. Please feel

free to use the Chapel at any methroughout the week!

Choir Practice: Do you like to sing? There is choir practiceeach evening for one hour before the evening service. Pleasecome join your fellow campers in lifting praises in song!

IWU Sponsored Snack Night: Refreshment snacks will beprovided outside the dining hall after the service this eveningsponsored by Indiana Wesleyan University. Please join in thefellowship!

Carnival: This eventis for kids of all ages!The carnival will startat 2:30 and willinclude lots of games,snacks, inflatablesand so much more!There will be ponycart rides as well.You won’t want tomiss this event!

Archery Tag will be available for $5 per person(bring the money to the Rec Field with you). Allevents will take place out in the Recreation Field.

design permanent and dish washer safe! The cost is $5 perperson and is good for all skill levels. The kids will be makingFireflies (that really light up!) in the Dining Hall at 1:00!

Canoeing with Canoe Country:$23/canoe (up to 3 people), $12/kayak. Sign up and pay in theCamp Office by NOON.

Bike Parade: Hey kids… bringyour decorated bikes to the snackshop area at 3:00 pm for a bikeparade around camp. There is noneed to register ahead of time.Come have some fun and enjoy acold treat!!

Movie Night: The movie “Zootopia” will beshown tonight in the Children’s Building

approximately 45 minutes after the eveningservice ends. Free popcorn and a special treat

will be served! See you there!

Family Friendly Softball Game: Come on out fora family friendly game of softball. The first game is foranyone who wants to play. It doesn’t matter what the ageis, we’ll make this a very family friendly game. Can’t runthe bases? That’s ok, we’ll let you bat and then one of thekids run. Following that game we’ll have a 5 inning gamefor anyone over the age of 14. This game will bring in alittle more competition. Sign up in the office by Wednesdayso we can be sure to have the teams ready to go forThursday. (Softball mitts won’t be needed for the familyfriendly game but if you have a mitt, you should bring it forthe second game.) Oh, did I mention that we’ll also servepopcorn at this event? So bring your chair and come watchthe fun! Security will help get those who need a ride toand from the recreation field starting at 12:45. We will alsohave some seating available if you don’t have a chair.

There is aform in the office. The cost is FREE! McConn will be open foranyone needing some caffeine near the end of camp!!Anyone under the age of 18 must turn in a permissionslip before loading on the bus.

The movie is free,the pizza costs $8(Cheese, Sausage,

or Pepperonifrom Gas CityPizza King).
