It is an informational work of data entry, made with the intention of capturing the events (start/load/unload etc.) from the vehicle trajectory to follow up on a particular trip until finished.

It is also known as Trip Analysis Report.

Data Quality plays important role in this Report as it fits for intended use in Operations, Decision Making & Planning.

All planned trips for day are recorded in NVT.

All trips that are planned are sent to the On Board Computer (OBC).

Drivers are trained & educated to use Transics to log trip information o Start Trip / End Tripo Load / End load o Unload / End Unload

Report will be generated as and when (recommended quarter-hourly) to keep track of what is planned vs what is happening on the road.

Final, adding your comments in the Last Column of the Report.

The Distance from Start to Finish of the Vehicle Movement.

In NaviTrans, Initially, Trip nos. (for Angola) was configured to start with “V-00”. Now, its configured with “VK-00”.

This is information flow from NaviTrans into Transics

White = Trip finished.(Truck, if not planned for second trip, should not be ‘moving’)
