Document Submissions Schedule for Pre-agree Variation

The following documents must be provided by the Contractor for the Pre-agreed Variations outlined in Schedule 10:

Planning DocumentationThe Contractor will co-ordinate with and assist the Principal in the preparation of the necessary Planning Documentation. This will include the preparation of the Construction Management Plans and other documents including relevant design certification etc.

1. Design Management Plan including but not limited to:• Design Management strategy & program• Stakeholder & User Group Strategy• Design Review and Sign-Off Process.• Design Deliverables Schedule

Part B - Site Access Dates(a) The Site boundary shifts to include site infrastructure additional to

those nominated at the time of Contractor site possession over a period of set access dates. The infrastructure and the access dates for the Contractor are set out in Table 3.

(b) Please refer to Schedule 20 Part A - Site Plan for information on site infrastructure and area location details.

Part C - Site Access ConditionsThe Contractor must complete the Stadium Works, and the Off-Site Works without compromising the full and efficient operation of site infrastructure in the SCOT Precinct.

Site Infrastructure operational throughout work in connection with the contract:

SCO, including the SCO basement. Scheduled shut downs of Paddington Lane will be required throughout business hours to facilitate necessary in ground and high risk works within or immediately adjacent to the Lane. These shut downs will require detailed plaiming (including consultation and communication with the relevant stakeholders).

The Rugby Australia House building including the pedestrian and carpark access off Moore Park Road and pedestrian access off MPl to the rear of the building.

(iii) the Rugby Australia House building carpark access off Moore Park Road. This includes entry to the carpark from Moore Park Road via the Sheridan Building with carpark exit from Rugby Australia House building (via a separate layback from the entry) on Moore Park Road as indicated in Figure 1 - Rugby Australia House Building Access Requirements at Site Possession.

(iv) the newly designed and constructed entrance and associated existing carpark exit access from Moore Park Road to the Rugby Australia House building will form part of Stage 2 works as indicated in Figure 2 - Rugby Australia House Building Access Requirements as Designed and Constructed by the Contractor.

Site Infrastructure operational for part of the work in connection with the contract:

Operational Continuity as per Schedule 40;

(ii) Event access as per Schedule 20 and Schedule 39; and

(iii) The Walk of Honour (east of the Indoor Cricket Centre) such that sufficient safe curtilage for access to practice wickets and tennis courts is provided for Stage 1 work in connection with the contract.

The Contractor must ensure that safe pedestrian access and emergency egress is provided to all buildings and areas listed in paragraph (a) at all times during which the building and areas are operational.

The Contractor must ensure that that fire appliances, including aerial appliances, can access any point of the northern fa9ade of the SCO at all times for the duration of the Works.

Emergency access and egress to SCG via Paddington Lane from Moore Park Road is required to remain operational throughout work in connection with the contract. Access is to be maintained to the booster facilities for the fire services, fire hydrant and sprinkler systems. Emergency access to SCG/SCG Plaza and Noble Bradman Stand via Paddington Lane from Moore Park Road is required to remain operational throughout work in connection with the contract. If access is required to be altered to these areas then the Contractor is to request change in access to FRNSW in writing two (2) days prior so that operational plans may be enacted whilst access is restricted. In the event of access being restricted advice is to be forwarded to the following:

(Paddington Lane) The Contractor must maintain access for all vehicles, including Austroads Class 9 six-axle articulated vehicles and Outside Broadcast (OB) trucks from Moore Park Road to the SCG Basement via Paddington Lane at all times except where Scheduled shut downs are in place.

Handover is defined as the point at which the Contractor must stop using Paddington Lane, Driver Avenue (south of Rugby League Central) or the SCG forecourt as per the requirement of the event tier and provide exclusive use to the Principal. These areas are to be clean and clear at the time of handover.

(i) SCG Events

It is forecast the SCOT will host SCG Events during the Works (refer to Schedule 39 for Event details);

For each SCG Event the Contractor must comply with Schedule 39 and the requirements applicable to that Event for:

(A) Event timings and information;

Bump-in and Bump-out activities, impacts and timings;

(C) Handover;

(D) Site walk; and

(E) Disruptive works.

The Contractor must ensure that all general and emergency egress paths from the SCG, including the egress path from SCG “Gate H” to Moore Park Road and the SCG Plaza, are safe and handed over to the SCGT. The Contractor must alter site fencing and hoarding if required.

The Contractor must coordinate a site walk with the SCGT as per the timings nominated in Schedule 39 relevant to the Event, and must rectify any issues identified during the site walk immediately.

For each SCG Event, the Contractor must ensure that noise and dust is minimised and construction is not visible to Patrons from Ground Level during an SCG Event. The Principal may instruct the Contractor to cease disruptive works at any time during a SCG Event.
