Crankcase  Structure in canned, electro‐welded steel sheet to ensure structural stiffness, planarity and to avoid torsions as well as vibrations. Dust coating of all the parts to guarantee longer life during the years. 

Machine unit  Electro‐spindle with standard tool quick change ISO 30 or HSK 63F, availability of two drilling heads, with possibility fo horizontal and vertical drilling devices. 

Unit and upright mechanics  Axes X and Y are moved by a gearbox and pinion‐rack with helicoidal teeth. Axis Z is moved by a recirculating ball screw. The movement of the axes is made through Brushless drive. 

Electric plant and software  SOFTWARE:  TPA Edi32  Programming system CAD/CAM capable of interfacing with CNC from 3 to 5 axes. Realized in Windows® environment, it offers a simple and functional interface, ensuring high completeness and customization. One of its point of strength is the ease of use in programming as well as the many possibilities of configuration. Among the main characteristics: 

• 3D display of the panel as well as of the single working sides. 

• Project database with graphic display for a quick identification of the projects. 

• Wide standard set of  complex machinings (single boring, multi fitting in X,Y, hinges holes, slot production, milling menu. 

• Highly customizable emptying macroprograms, radius and squaring 

• Automatic survey of technological parameters and proper identification of possible programming mistakes not compatible with structural constraints of the machine. 

• Simple instruments: translation, rotation, specular, repetition in series 

• Advanced instruments: generation of emptying profiles,  writtens, curves, bows, modification of corners , joints and selective structures. 

• Functions of parametric programmings as well as possibility to create some. 

• Import of DXF files generated from CAD systems or commercial programs

WSCM It is the control software of the production cycle as well as of the working table of the machine. It interfaces directly with the CN, thus offering the possibility to interact with the machine. Controls the production cycles, the procedure of setpoint, the complete use of the machine functions in manual mode and the pneumatic as well as electric control. TECNO MANAGER  It is the software of technological control of the machine to use the WSCM platform. It includes all the instruments to parameterize and configure the technology of the machine, among which: 

• Creation of database for tools divided for technology (bits, cutters , blades) 

• Realization of various kinds of tooling of the machine • Definition of the parametric of the working table ( 

number of movable tables, suckers) • Technologic definition of machine: composition of the 

head, control of automated loaders, offset control of the working area as well as of the spindles 

Electric plant and safety standards  All electric cables and plants are classified and wired according to standard UL/CSA norms. All the machines manufactured by Griggio Spa apply to the present standards and comply with CE standards where this is required.

Machine unit   Suction collector made of a support positioned on 

top of the working units. Connected with flexible pipes to milling and drilling units to guarantee one only inlet 200mm to be connected to the suction plant. (on request available only with drilling head)
