Greetings and welcome to the Prairie Center for the Arts and our 30th Anniversary Season, an exciting year filled with remarkable concerts, films, dance performances and performing arts opportunities for young people.

It has truly been an exciting 30 years, made possible by all those who recognize and embrace the arts and cultural activities in the Schaumburg community. My sincere gratitude to our patrons, artists, advocates, and friends who—year in and year out—have made such wonderful programs and cultural experiences possible.

A jam session started at Sam Phillips’ Sun Studio that featured Carl Perkins, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Elvis Presley! A Night to Remember is a dream concert recreation featuring the music of these timeless artists. This is pure 1950s rock and roll, inspired by heaping servings of rockabilly, country, and gospel. It’s a night you won’t want to end.

The world famous brass band from New Orleans’ rolls into Schaumburg for a post Mardi Gras celebration, Dirty Dozen style. A self-described “big

Box Office InformationThe Prairie Center Box Office is located in the front of the lobby, immediately to your left when entering the west doors. The box office is open weekdays from 9 am to 4 pm and one-and-a-half hours before curtain on performance days. Phone orders can be placed by calling (847) 895-3600 from 8 am to 6 pm during regular business hours. Online ticket orders can be placed any time at www.prairiecenter.org.

Tickets ordered by mail or phone will be mailed to you if your order is received at least seven days before the first event for which you’ve purchased tickets. This allows adequate time to get the tickets to you. Orders received later than this will be held at the box office. Tickets can be picked up during regular box office hours or upon arrival at the Prairie Center for the performance. Tickets ordered online can be printed at home for your convenience.

Student ticket prices are good for students of any age with a valid student I.D. Card.

Senior discounts apply to anyone aged 62 or older (age 65 for ESO concerts).

Tickets at a 10% discount for Featured Acts are available to groups of 20 or more.

Series subscriber ticket orders (a minimum of at least 3 Featured Acts) will be filled first, followed by individual ticket orders, as available.

PLEASE NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. ALL SALES FINAL.

Programs and artists are subject to change without notice.

With just 442 seats, the theatre at the Prairie Center is intimate, comfortable, and offers every patron an exceptional view - no seat is farther than 15 rows from the front of the stage!

Ample free parking is available in the lots immediately adjacent to the Prairie Center and Municipal Building.

Late seating is determined by the artist and Prairie Center management. Patrons arriving after the curtain rises may be asked to wait in the lobby until an appropriate break in the performance.

Cameras, video, and sound recorders are strictly prohibited in the theatre during performances.

Smoking is not permitted in the Prairie Center for the Arts.

Public restrooms are located on the south side of the west lobby, as well as off the lobby on the east side of the gallery.

Handicapped seating and assistive listening systems are available. Please let us know of any special needs at the time of your ticket purchase. We are committed to making the arts accessible to all patrons and will be happy to assist.
