We are hosting our annual Fall Arts & Craft Fair on Saturday, October 5, 2019 from 9 am to 4 pm. Our success is entirely reliant on the support of our community and we need your help!

In preparation for the Fall Craft Fair, we have several opportunities for parents and students to assist. Please indicate your interest to Susmita at [email protected].

2. On Sat, Oct 5 (from 6 am to 5 pm) for traffic control, check-in and admission, and clean up.

Students 1. On the evening before the event (10/4 from 5 pm to 10 pm) and the day of the event (10/5), for set-up (taping spaces for booths, putting up signs, etc.).

2. On Sat, Oct 5 for helping vendors bring all their items into the building, crafters check-in and admission. Throughout the day, we'll also need help with providing general information, and helping vendors take items back to their vehicles.
